Driving Directions

Finding us is easy! 'teamworkdressage' we are conveniently located just 30 minutes from Dulles International Airport, in Northern Virginia.

From Dulles Airport:

Exit the Airport and head toward Washington D.C. Almost immediately, watch for the exit to VA-28 South, follow Rt28 south to the exit to Route 50.

Take Rt 50 west towards Gilberts Corner. After 8 miles on Rt 50 take a left turn on Gum Springs Road (Rt 659) Follow Gum Spring Rd to the end at a T junction with Route 234 (Sudley Road).

Turn right on Rt 234 and go for 3 miles. You will see a sign CATHARPIN and a flashing orange light, a gas station and convenience as well.

Take the first road to the left Pageland Lane. Follow Pageland to the botton of the hill and take Livia drive on the right. This is a dirt road. We are the thrid property on the right. The barn, house and arena are all blue, so we are easy to spot.
