'Jilba' is our beautiful farm & home to 'teamworkdressage'. We are located in Catharpin, Virginia, just 30 minutes from Dulles Airport and one hour from DC.
Our covered arena at Jilba is state of the art Sized at 20 by 60 meters with an 18-foot roof and 4-foot wooden, sloped walls, the arena provides optimal convenience and comfort. Mirrors cover both short ends (20 meters) and small mirrors are on two long sides to enable correct training and instant corrections. The rubber footing in the arena is daily manicured and dust free.
We chose this type of covered arena due to the climate in this area. The roof of the arena is insulated so that the temperature in summer is at least 10 degrees lower than outside and in winter it keeps the cold and rain at bay. Additionally, half the perimeter of the arena is surrounded by pine trees to giving further protection from the elements. We also have a grandstand for visitors and great flood lights for evening training sessions.
I, Libby Anderson am a M..Ag.Science and qualified horse nutritionist so all of our horses have carefully monitored feeding programs. In summary, our horses are fed high fat and fiber rations, additionally good quality Timothy and Alfalfa hay are fed ad.lib.
'teamworkdressage' at Jilba combines careful management, good nutrition,wonderful veterinary and farrier serves with years of experience in training and showing dressage horses at all levels from USDF to FEI with success.

Jilba is immaculately maintained, we have 15 efficient stalls in three separate barns providing the ultimate in comfort to our equine charges. Amenities include infra red heat lamps, fans, wash racks, heated tack room, fully matted stables, wash racks, heated tack rooms and individual turn-out yards.
