Teamworkdressage sells quality dressage horses and we have many Jules and I, Libby Anderson have trained over twenty horses from their backing phase to Grand Prix. Every horse has taught us so much and we humbly continue to learn from our horse's everyday. Our experience has taught us to respect the limit's of each horse's ability, enjoy their strengths and develop their weak areas. We stress to our students to always avoid direct conflict with their horse and never let their ambition or emotions take control. Jules and I strive every time we teach and train, to further the development of a `happy athlete', for the welfare of the horse is our overriding concern.
A life with horses is a never ending learning curve which is why the discipline of dressage is so rewarding and humbling. Somewhat uniquely in the horse world Jules and I are both qualified educators with post graduate degrees. We believe the consistent, happy training of every horse and every rider is achievable through understanding and practicing the fundamental basics of dressage, following the training scale,
Jules is trained in theater and horses. She has personally trained and competed eleven horses to Grand Prix, taught beginners to Olympians and has earned an international reputation as a gifted trainer and teacher.

We `teach' our client's the importance and skill sets to `listen' to their horse, for the best dressage training is a two way conversation, a dancing partnership based on mutual respect. To effectively `listen' to your horse, we develop our client's position in the saddle, so that they become secure and supple through 'core control'. Our focus on rider position enables the aids to become light and quiet, making it possible the rider to effectively `listen' to their horse and produce a `happy, athlete'. Let's dance!
I am Spanish Riding School trained, a published equine nutritionist and author. I am also a recently retired international dressage judge and rider.
